Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order! If you're not, and that happens, we have a 30-day return policy for your convenience. This means you will have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and un-dog slobbered (although we do feel your pain), with tags, and in its original packaging where applicable. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@fetching-apparel.com or simply mail back the item to PO Box 971, Bristol, TN 37621. Please include your order information so we know who to credit. If you need to exchange, please let us know the size/color you need (you know, all the relevant details!) and we'll ship the new item to you free of charge.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right!


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened dog treats. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at info@fetching-apparel.com. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, we will definitely accommodate straight exchanges. Just shoot us an e-mail at info@fetching-apparel.com to make sure we're on the same page. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Don't worry, unless your pup chewed the item to shreds, it's highly likely that this process will go smoothly. If/when approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
