Our Fetching Story

Thank you for visiting us at Fetching Apparel, where we donate 20% of profits to animal rescues, shelters and spay/neuter efforts.

We launched our small, family-owned business in 2014 and we have a passion for helping those who can't help themselves.

In the Appalachian region, which we now call home, there's a huge need for stronger spay/neuter regulations. As a result, our homeless pet population is overwhelming our area shelters and rescues.

In 2007, my husband and I adopted our first rescue dog. We instantly fell in love with Jeffrey.  He’d been pulled from the shelter by a retired nurse and her husband (Kay & Walter Stewart) just days before Jeffery was scheduled to be euthanized. We are so grateful they intervened. Jeffrey was a treasured member of our family.

Now we’re on a mission to help other homeless pets find their forever families by donating to those who save our fur babies in need. That includes the non-profit that Kay Stewart founded (Happy Tails Animal Rescue of Washington County, Virginia) and the shelter where we adopted our second dog, Dasher (The Animal Shelter of Sullivan County). We also try to highlight as many adoptable pets as possible through our "Adopt Me" dog treat program

Thank you for supporting Fetching ApparelWe can't do this without YOU. Go get it!
