How do I get money for my rescue organization?
Fetching Apparel works with 501(c)3 animal rescues, shelters and spay/neuter programs. These Fetching Charities are given a coupon code to share with their supporters. As they share our posts and sales, they give out their coupon code. Each time their code is used, that Fetching Charity will receive 20% of profits from that order. They will share in 20% of profits from store sales commensurate with the percentage of coupon codes used throughout the year. We make donations once a year around tax time. Are you able to ship products outside of North America?
We regret that we are not currently able to ship to addresses outside the United States and Canada. However, we will ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How do I return or exchange something I’ve purchased?
Fetching Apparel has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please send back your unwashed and unworn item, along with the receipt, within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will refund your money (minus the original shipping charge). We try to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. Please take the following steps to make a return or exchange:
- Please print out your order confirmation and make a note on the paper (clearly printed) about the reason for the return/exchange.
- Enclose the note and merchandise in your own packaging.
